ARCHITECT BLOGS OF NOTE
There are two architect blogs that pertain to sketching, watercolors and architecture that are fun to check out.
Frank Harmon, who is an architect, has a nice blog titled Native Places. This link was forwarded to me by Mark Broyles, AIA. Frank’s watercolors are very nice, and it is fun to read his thoughts accompanying his drawings.
And then I just ran across Tom Laytham’s drawings. Tom is an architect who also believes in the analog drawing. He started “Sketching School” at the University of Norwich. His watercolors have been in many shows. This is a link to a grant he received which also shows one of his drawings. And this is a link to his beautiful newsletter, Continuing Studies in Architecture. Enjoy.
